The GNM students of Champaran Nursing College successfully organized an engaging and educational Therapeutic Diet Demonstration on 14th February, showcasing their knowledge and practical skills in clinical nutrition.
As part of their curriculum and hands-on training, the students prepared a variety of specialized diet dishes tailored for different medical conditions such as diabetes, constipation, hypertension, anemia, and other common health concerns. Each group explained the nutritional value, ingredient selection, method of preparation, and therapeutic purpose behind their assigned diet plans.
The event not only strengthened their understanding of the role of nutrition in patient care but also enhanced their confidence in applying these principles in real healthcare settings. Faculty members appreciated the creativity, teamwork, and scientific approach displayed by the students.
This demonstration served as an excellent platform for bridging theoretical learning with practical application—an essential component of quality nursing education.
