Certificate Programme in Health & Sanitary Inspector

Objective & Purpose
To train candidates in the fundamentals of public health, sanitation, hygiene and environmental health.
To equip students with the knowledge and skills required to inspect, monitor and maintain sanitary conditions in community settings, enforce health and safety norms, and contribute to disease prevention.
Fee
The total programme fee is about ₹ 30,000 for the complete duration.
CURRICULUM
Candidates must have passed 10th standard or higher.
Graduates of the program would be expected to be proficient in:
Inspecting public places (e.g. restaurants, public water sources, waste facilities) for hygiene & sanitation standards
Understanding basic health & disease concepts, including environmental risk factors
Applying relevant sanitation legislation, public health norms, and safety protocols
Engaging in documentation, reporting, and possibly community outreach or awareness programmes related to public health
Working in government, municipal or private health sectors as a sanitary / health inspector
Full-time programme of 11 months.
Offers a certificate on successful completion.
